Precautions for Assembly of Full-Layer Bonded Products.

1: When assembling module-laminated products, pay attention that when fixing the front cover and module, whether screws will pullthe module during tightening, causing tension between the screw and the module, which may easily lead to delamination.

2: During assembly, if the front shellpanel deforms and needs to be fixed wth adhesive on TP, note that if the deformation is too large,

fxing the rear shell will pull the glass on TP, causing directional deformation; after deformation, stress may occur easily leading to

delamination. {Especially avoid bending or stretching due to arch-shaped deformation).

3: During assembly, pay atention whether the module is pressed by the housing structure which may easiy cause yellowing and light leakage of the module
